...for commuting duties, and my take it off road for a spin too.
The vapour didnt used to come with discs but now it does. Is it worth the extra £100 over the Croix de Fer and what is the main difference? Vapour comes with pannier mounts which could be handy for commuting?

Steel vs Alu frame will be the biggest difference. I'd expect the cdf to be heavier / burlier too.
