I have a flite saddle with Ti rails attached to a Thomson seatpost. It makes a bloody irritating racket at the moment whenever I go over a bump. I have tried using some Phil Woods waterproof grease which lasts about 5 minutes in the rain before the noise comes back. What can I use to remove the noise?

Try Copperslip or similar anti seize type compound. Stick some on the Thompson post bolts also, underside of the heads and the thread.
