I have been using a couple of Thule 591s on square bars for several years and they've been solid the whole time.
I've just swapped to wingbars with the T track bolts and from inside the car you can hear every creak and movement of the bikes which is a bit unnerving.
Everything is tight and fitted correctly so was just wondering if this is normal.

Nope. I have 6 591s on the roof and there's no creaking noise from them.
