Website barely works at the best of times, I couldn't get any promo codes to work the other night so ended up just ordering without as it was urgent. 3 days later and they've still not bothered to dispatch despite paying extra for speedy delivery.
Placed 2 orders with merlin and 1 with D2D since then, free delivery and arrived the next day. CRC definitely a last resort these days.
Edit: Totally off topic mini rant, sorry... 😆
I ordered some stuff on Sunday eve with CRC, paid for priority delivery.... turned up Thursday.

Had an email a week ago saying they were despatching a warranty replacement mech. Nowt turned up so far but they reckon they'll send another.
