Bought some bits from them last week and they arrived quite quickly. The spring I bought for my fox doesn't fit and it's going back. More worryingley I bought 5x blackspire bolts but when they arrived there was only 1 in the bag which had "5x bolts" written on it? I emailed them but had no response? Bag was still sealed and they definately hadn't fallen out?
This is the first time I have used them? Anyone else had any problems like this? I don't wanna pay 14.99 for one bolt!
They will usually sort asap. Returns are really quick. I had a hub with a missing QR.. QR was in the post the next day.
CRC are great and their custome service is not quite up to Oakley standards but is good. When you have an issue you can't beat taking them back to your LBS
No problems with purchases or returns with CRC here, probably just a first time blip.
I have had no response to my email as yet. Like I said, don't wanna be paying 14.99 for one bolt! No one answers the phone? Any advice?

Ordered 16mm and they sent 6.5mm? Now have 1 16mm bolt and 6 6.5mm bolts ๐ฅ
