[#11257668]

Just put through an order for a couple of tyres. When I went through to the (logged in) checkout, it pumped up the prices by 15%... I then opened up a fresh tab in Incognito mode and put the same items into a fresh basket and used the guest checkout and the prices remains as advertised.

A glitch, or are CRC penalising existing customers? Anyone had similar experiences?

Have you previously been a ordered the wrong size bike then demanded they take it back and swap for the more expensive correct size?

Just tried it for a couple of tyres and the total remained as per the quoted value.

Curious. You could always try deleting any CRC cookies - there tends to be a set with www and a set without. If you use Chrome then it will have saved your password for the site unless you stopped it.

Ive had this before. Thought it was just my imagination at the time. A product found on google shopping at £X from wiggle. I clicked on the link and price stayed at £X. Then i logged in to my account to buy and all of a sudden the product had vanished and could only be found on the site at a higher price. Very odd.

Hence why I gave up on CRC

try Kingdom for multiple staged increases in prices every step of the process just adds monies instead of original quoted with shipping

bs ! So never bothered

I've had this before, but it was a case of showing one (more expensive) price on my laptop browser and a cheaper price on my phone. I just ordered through my phone.

Maybe a cookie issue? Try deleting your web history and see what happens.
