Anyone had problems with very slow service in receiving gift vouchers? I ordered £15 on Thur 22nd Aug and received the £5 voucher but still no £10 after many phone calls they are going to send out another voucher.
Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, as they are now on a new system and say it could take up to 72 hours to e mail them out! FFS it would be quicker to post them.
Anyway they are now late for a birthday present, suppose i'll have to be more organised in future!
