Your email is possibly still in the queue, when was it sent?
Email David or I if your email was sent days ago, as you should have had a reply by now.
Yeah they always get back to you, sometimes it takes a day or 2, but never ignored.
Hey Andy , if that old ballyclare river starts rising .... store the xtr cranks on the bottom shelf ๐
ha ๐
i like how you get a pretty quick response from crc if you post a complaints thread on here,
within an hour,
pretty good!!
maybe this is should be the new way to contact crc ๐
ozzy, little chance (touch wood) of that happening again, we unblocked the two side arches of the bridge next to us, the river has more of an escape route now, and we also have a wall built to defend us if it does burst again....
But now you mention it, I belive some of the M970s are on the bottom shelf...
Colande, no, we've been warned off for this before, I can see why as well, this is a public forum and while we will help if possible, email is the way to contact us, or of course by phone.
We will always reply to emails, we will try to do so within 24hrs, yet at busy times this can extend a little. Sending more than one email simply excacerbates the issue.
pipes down over here ๐ณ
ordered a set of flood sale disc pads yesterday at 12.30pm from crc
arrived today at 10.30am,
22 hours from warehouse shelf to doormat
no complaints here ๐
