Cynical-al HOW??
[s]Genuine JRA - must have been cracking for ages. Frame was Prestige tubing so I was surprised.[/s]I was hucking it off a 40ft skinny.
gonna vom.
Wow some of you guys must be properly shit at riding.
LOL @ cynic-al. I like to think I've improved a bit since the elbow incident.
that dislocated elbow one made my toes curl.
a fine selection of smashed to bit people there -special mention to sharki for doing such a thorough job of it
It did hurt quite a bit!
After the crash my arm was bent 45 degrees the wrong way, my first (probably wrong) instinct was to bend it back the right way. No broken bones, but the ligaments were badly torn, and I think I was lucky not to have any nerve damage.
It took around 18 months for it to stop hurting completely and get back to full strength, although I was back riding after around month.
Did this on holiday last summer in Tenerife. coming down the mountain a bit too quick
