i want change my triple chain ring for a single one.

could i use the cranks of the triple chain ring on the single one ??
you cant use that chain ring as its for a bmx. you will need a chain ring with the correct bolts
what cranks do you have? 4 or 5 bolt?
well im buying a whole new bike but wnat to change certain things on it.
this is the bike. by the looks of it its 4 bolt

looking at that picture, it looks like the chain rings are riveted on to the crank arms. Wait until you get the bike to double check. if they are riveted on then its very hard if not impossible to change the chain rings. you will need new crank arms.

is there any way i could take off the other chain rings and just leave the smallest one ??
not really.
i would just leave it as is. if you dont like it then go to you LBS and ask them for there advice, as they will be able to see it in the flesh and give you the best options.
If there is a few things you want to change then I'd probably print out the details page and see if your LBS has anything they could put together as a 1x9 set up for you. That way you are not buying stuff you don't want/need.
