I'm still wondering about the epoxy on some hollow cranks (given I have a few lying about)....

Something like ...

When fully cured the material can be drilled, tapped, filed, sanded or overpainted.

here's my hollowtech shortened cranks. Drilled 20mm hole, had a plug of ally bar welded in then re-drilled 140mm and tapped.

Very cool..... not sure where I'd get welding done but I could look into that I suppose.

Anyone have any ideas on the epoxy idea in the meantime?
