[#4250331]

When I venture out of (the very flat) peterborough I get cramp in my fimgers from one finger braking and holding on tightly.

Today I was riding locally and noticed that all my weight was on my hands, which probably compounds the issue...

Bike is 20" frame and I'm just over 6' tall. I've got a couple of spacers on top of my stem so might try sticking them underneath to pull my weight back a bit.

Cheers...... RJH

try and focus on keeping your bodyweight over/on your feet/BB and release the death grip.

i'm really struggling with that! i have to push myself back to do so, which makes handling a bit awkward.

might tilt the seat back ever so slightly.

Why is nobody suggesting electrolyte drinks; that's what cures cramp according to the sports drink companies...
