Suffer from cramp - usually after a week of commuting or on a long hilly ride - ie Kielder 100. This can get Bl**dy annoying.
What do you lot do to keep it at at bay? I have tried energy drinks etc any other miracle cure out there ?
Suggestions ??
Nuun tablets work for me.

found them - thanks might give them at try - although treid a few energy gels.

Used to suffer pretty badly myself, usually after a sweaty ride, had no trouble since using Go electrolite replacement drink after such rides(top tip- don't mix the tropical fruit flavour too strong as it's like drinking fruity sea water).
