seem to be taking forever to heal,
done em before and im sure it was'nt this long.
rest rest and more rest? or just ride and mtfu!! 😀
It's taken mine 2 months to be totally back to normal.
Tried riding in the Dales a few days after doing them and it made it worse so had a couple of weeks of road riding before getting back off road.
Mine are still sore a good two months later, especially after a long ride 😕
They do take ages. The only good thing IME is that when they finally get better they seem to do so almost overnight, there's no gradual improvement, just the sudden realisation that you've sneezed without doubling up in agony.
About 6-8 weeks, so any time now!
arghhh nearly 2 weeks now,although i did ride on them for 2 days after doing them in the alps which wont have helped especially when i came down on them again in a crash 🙂
