Found crack this morning 🙁 I’ve contacted retailer with pics etc awaiting reply.
Just curious if anyone had experience with Giant warranty ?

I had an Anthem that cracked there and had a new frame in 2 days. They were excellent.
i had a crack (which i fully accept may have been paint only) on my carbon Defy. Frame replacement without any fuss.
I had a Revolt frame crack on the rear upper chain stay where the 2 meet with a brace.
Had a complete replacement bike rather than just a frame as it was less costly for the dealer to supply a new bike than spend time stripping it down and rebuilding.
So in terms of Giant's warranty, no problems here.
Eh what's going on with that link? how is this relevant?
I found a crack in my old 26” Trance (which I’d already replaced with a newer model).
Giant, lacking any 26” warranty frames, sent me a complete new equivalent current model (£3k+) free of charge.
By contrast I’ve just had a similar issue with my Cannondale road bike in the which the BB housing had de-bonded from the carbon frame. No equivalent frame-only replacement option due to disc brakes, so got a complete equivalent current bike but cost me a grand. Still nearly £2k off original price, but not as good a deal as Giant!
