There looks to be a crack on the top tab on my magura forks. Just wondering if this is a serious problem (if it is actually a crack) and if this is common on maguras?

I'd say it's serious IMHO. Think of the braking force going through there and then decide if you'd risk using it.
Are they still under warranty?

Braking force is going into the fork and away from the crack. Mind you I'd be looking at my warranty...

I'd take the bolt out and take a closer look to see if it goes all the way through the tab.
