Does anyone know by any chance what ISCG tabs an '07 G-Spot has?

If its the same as the 09 G spot, it doesn't have any.

I think it does, looking at the image below - I have the frame at home, just can't look at it at work!

You're right - they not the normal type its got them drilled into the bearing clamp on both sides I wondered what they were when I was fitting a new NDS crank arm last week 🙄

A bit more googling suggests that a BB mount one is the way forward - apparently the holes aren't ISCG tabs at all. Teach me to not read things properly!

What are they for then?
I used the NDS ones to route cables to my Rohloff.
