I've got to send a full bike and have a box. Any recommendations for couriers or who to avoid. Thanks.

Paisley Freight always get good reviews. The usually send TNT in and it goes via them. I think last time I sent a full bike I used DPD as we had an account at work, no issues there either.

Parcel Force haven't failed me yet. About £12 for 48 hour delivery: print the label at home, stick it on, drop the box at the post office, done. Quidco cashback into the bargain.
