Anyone know any cheap but good couriers in the UK who can pick up and deliver a bike from Crewe to Essex for a reasonable price?
I dont know if this is rite but DHL quoted me £157! Fedex wouldnt touch me and parcel force dont take anything the size of bikes.

best to dismantle if at all possible - its a size thing not weight (as long as its under 25kg). Get the wheels, bars etc off and ask again.

Parcel 2 Go (who use DHL) might be worth a shot.

thanks for the advice, i have since found out that 1.5m is the max length most couriers etc will take.
I am buying a bike off ebay which is in mint condition and have agreed to arrange a courier to pick it up as im in essex and the bike is in crewe the guy has agreed to get a box for the bike and pack it for me. As long as i can get a good price for delivery like you guys are quoting ill go ahead and get it.

I have sent what has been posted above to the chap selling the bike to help him out.

Thanks again.
