does any one know if the rim brake mounts are removeable on both the frame and the fork and what the rear hub spacing is? Could you squeeze a 135mm 29er wheel in there? I think the roadrat is 132mm.

It's a disc frame isn't it? That'll need 135mm hubs.

Just been and checked mine and they are definitely gone! they leave a small bulge in the fork with the hole in it which I plugged with some small plastic plugs. With a bit of mud they can't be seen.
I seem to remember that they were a right bugger to move and that they use an imperial spanner! 3/8 maybe. They definitely didn't fit metric spanners. I think this little gem came from Cotic.
