Like the castelli prefetto convertible - but for women.

As far as I can see they only make the prefetto jacket in woman's (we have one here already- we made that mistake already)

Looking for a jacket with removable sleeves. Doesn't need to be waterproof just softshell windproof.

Bonus points if it's not black or pink and availible to fit a 10.

Historically it was an endura covert II woman's jacket but this has completely worn out but proven it's self to be a much better concept than armwarmers for its intended use.

I see very little availible and none of it in a medium/10 barring sugoi which looks to have the fit of a bin liner and reviews to match

Not sure about the one you mentioned but gore phantom is a very good softshell with removable sleeves and you can often pick them up at reasonable prices they do none black and pink ladies colours too

Good spy that's a contender.

Bit odd that it becomes a short sleeve Jersey rather than a a gilet but I shall put it forward.

Yeah the sleeve bits are a thin material but they can be tucked out the way which is what i normally do

You could just cut the sleeve bits off....

There's mens and womens options included in their 20% off 3 clothing items promo, which you should be able to stack with things like a British Cycling discount voucher.

https://www.halfords.com/cycling/cycling-clothing/jackets-and-gilets/

Turns them sleeveless, unlike my PX Magma, which I so wish I bought more of when they were £35 a few years back.

That Boardman womans one looks good. Meets the brief.

Limited options on these these days.

Mrs_oab loves her 'pertex-like' Pearl Izumi Elite Escape Convertible.

Add in a 2XU running vest and various thicknesses of baselayer, and she is good to go for all sorts of conditions.

I know it's not the 'one layer' solution, but everything is easily stowed in a pocket or bar bag.
