A search through Shimanotechdocs with the model number will find an exploded view and part numbers which you can take to any LBS with a Madison account.

I had an XT 10 speed bar mount shifter that I changed to i-spec b so I probably have all the parts. Shifter cover, bar clamp and a bolt is all I remember but maybe there was more to it. I have the instructions too which could probably be reversed if you see what I mean.

Email me if you want me to stick what I have in the post

Shimano stuff costs bobbins at the moment, probably easier to buy a new shifter and sell the I-Spec one on classifieds.

KCNC do a bracket to mount ispec shifters, I bought a pair last week and wouldn't recommend it. It's impossible to get the shifters in anything close to a usable position, they're either way too far left or right from the brake lever. Sell the ispec shifters and buy some with a normal mount.
