[#12502933]

The sidewall has gone on my Continental T & C on the rear of the Big Dummy.

I would happily replace like for like but I think they are discontinued so availability is scarce, although I have found a few with extortionate postage.

Before I press the buy it now is there anything else i should consider in 26 x 2.1 size? 75% tarmac 25% gravel/hard pack, normally overloaded!

thanks

Schwalbe G1 all-round? Marathon plus tour are good for the surfaces and puncture resistance but a bit slow. Ran them on my xtracylce when I had it and carried on when it went and was a utility bike again. The plus tour has more tread than the tour. The G1 will likely be faster but probably not as bomb proof.
