The other morning as I locked up the bike at the station, a lady rode in, locked up in a rush and ran for the train. Being a good citizen (and knowing what a pain flat batteries are) I went to switch off the flashing safety lights she'd left on, only to find no switches.

They were small round lights, mounted on the seat stay and fork, about 15cm up from the axle, and looked to be powered by neat magnetic strips fastened to the spokes at the same level.

Anyone know what they might have been? I've had quick Google, and looked at Wiggle and CRC, but not seen anything like them.
