[#915912]

Hello all,

Struggling to get in touch with Wiggle regarding my Altura Attack waterproofs falling apart at the seams. Used sales at Wiggle.co.uk but getting an un-deliverable message back.

Any ideas or experience on how to proceed. Cheers, Gav

Have you tried the 'contact us about this order' process on your order history? Always had a prompt reply and great service using the right method.

Have wiggle received my email?

When you first email sales@wiggle.co.uk you will receive an automated reply with our current lead time for replying to emails.

If you do not receive this message it means that we have not received the email correctly and this is probably because your email has been blocked by our spam filter.

If you have emailed us for the first time and not received a reply within 4 hours please try the following:

* Ensure the email address you are sending to is sales@wiggle.co.uk
* Use the subject line: Contacting wiggle [and the order number if you have one]
* In the email use only the text: Please contact me
* Do not include any attachments

Following these steps should ensure your email is successfully received. We will then get back to as soon as possible and will deal with your enquiry.

Please note,

* You will only receive the confirmation message when you first initiate an email with us
* You will not receive the confirmation message when you are replying to emails we have sent you.
* Once you have either received an automated reply or a reply from one of our customer service advisors subsequent emails in the same reply-chain should always be received successfully
* If you are an AOL user please read our Information for AOL users page.

Thank you Gary for this but as it was a present I unfortunately do not have the sales receipt at this time.
But nice bit of sarcasm on a Friday morn, just what I expected.

Gary wasn't being sarcastic. If you've bought something from them, you'll have a user account. Got into that account and go to order history. Select that item in the history and you have the option to e-mail wiggle about that order. It generates a tracking number for them and you do get a fairly rapid response and it keeps the whole conversation together.

Why not ask the person who bought them to send an e-mail for you?

Grow up crash_gav I wasn't being sarcastic. I'll be more carefful with my replies to you in future in case you spit the dummy again. If you don't have a recept to say it came from wiggle then I don't see what hope you have of getting them to replace it. If possible why don't you speak to the person that bought them for you.
