I don't care if I've jinxed it, I just had to say it! 😀
The sky, blue. The air, crisp with that lovely autumnal snap. Hint of woodsmoke somewhere. The trails, loamy pine needle perfection. I bludy [i]love[/i] this time of year.
Even the gaggle of dem yout cheerfully observing that "your bike is sh1t, mate" (obviously not fans of the 90s US steel [i]zeitgeist[/i] that was Bontrager) - even they somehow added to my day.

First ride in 3 weeks tonight and it was fantastic the right balance of everything.
