Which ways best with a loaded HT, Corran to Loch Shiel or vice versa?

The bottom bit at Loch Shiel (past the buildings) will likely be a push in either direction. I prefer short/sharp climbs and long, gradual descents so I thought it was a nice descent down Cona Glen towards the coast.
