[Closed] Compatible frame suggestions

Hi all

I'm using a mates old hybrid to commute a couple of miles to work.
It's got a crack at the top of the headtube which I've jubilee clipped.
A friend saw it last week and told me not to ride it under any circumstance :/

So I wondered if anyone could suggest a frame that's similar so I can still use all the bits (i.e. fork, seatpost, wheels, brakes, drivetrain etc.).

Something cheap and cheerful as it's only gonna be a wet weather commuter.

Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Incidentally the shop he bought it from has closed down.
Would he still be able to claim it under warranty as he's the original owner?
