Ive been asked by a chap at work to recommend some commuting wheels .... hes a big lad 16 stone + and rides about 14 miles total a day ... hes getting fed up with buckling wheels etc and so i said id ask on here ... hes not made of money so value is a big point as well .... maybe something on deore hubs etc but with what rim or spokes etc ??

Deore Hubs, Sputnik rims, 36 spoke from Spa Cycles. Bulletproof. £148
If that is too much - rear only is £75. Then pick up an cheaper less strong front wheel elsewhere.
