one of the mates wants to do tour round some of the ww1/2 cemetries next year.
i have cycled the coastline of the landing beaches, which was ok, nice little towns and bars.
anyone been?

done the normandy thing a couple of years ago. there's so much more than just the landing beaches. the battle or normandy lasted until august or there abouts and the whole area was affected. everywhere you go there are reminders of it, really is like walking through history.
plus of course you have suisse normande to explore on the bike 8)
