Building up a frame, and the tech spec says a 34.9 downpull front mech.
BUT, the down tube flares out towards the bottom and I can't get the derailleur to within 4cm of the top of the big ring.

So should I be using a BB mounting or what? Anyone got an pics of how it should be?
bottom swing mech? or is it the other way round?
anyway the one that pviots below the clamp, not above it.

PS: Just checked the Commencal techbook again and it does bloody say top swing 34,9 mm / down pull for the Super 4 Carbon (on P.65). The buggers.
