This is a tale of things going right, just in time for Christmas
After 18 months of being mercilessly ragged/minced around Cannock, my trusty Ramones...

...developed a crack in the seat tube...

Commencal offer two years warranty on the frame but I thought that they might try and 'do a Trek' and get out of it. Nevertheless I fired off an email to Commencal's warranty dept and can you believe it I got a very polite reply inside 20 mins asking me to take the bike back to the Leisure Lakes for inspection.
Leisure Lakes submitted a claim and after a few weeks a shiny new frame arrived...

...which has now been built up...

...and is back being [s]ragged[/s] minced around Cannock...

Just wanted to say a big 'thank you' to Jerome at Commencal and all the lads esp Jayce at Leisure Lakes W'ton for sorting it out

Will it not break in the same place though?
Maybe the modded seat/top tube gusset will Change the way the frame works?
Great customer service by the sounds of it...and IMO...a much better colour too! Love that daisy smurf blue.
Commencal have lots of experience when it comes to cracked frames
