[Closed] Coil shocks: How heavy? What spring rate?

[i]Almost[/i] finished building up my new bike and can't help but worry that the 400 coil (the lightest that comes on the Big Hit) will be too soft.

Will be measuring sag properly tomorrow when I have a helper, but would be informative to know what weight of spring riders of a similar weight are using.

My spring is 400 / 2.8 on a DHX 3. I weigh roughly 11.5 stone. TFT spring rate calculator says I'm in the right ballpark (with me quoting 12.5 stone to account for clothes, armour, helmet etc), but I find that suprising as I'm usually average in everything, not the lightest.
