Strange question i know, but can someone get a ruler out and measure their coil shock (steel spring please, outer diameter as its the widest part of the shock) as i have just purchased a new frame and wondered if theres enough room for a different shock.

Hard to measure with a ruler and i've only got a Ti spring to hand. Appears to be 5cm / 2 inches wide for a 450lb ti spring on a DHX 5 (on a nomad).

Thanks Ewan, ti's a bit wider than steel, managed to get a measurement from CRC site anyways, heres hoping.
