Just noticed in the TF Tuned newsletter that they're offering a coil conversion for Revelations, for £165.
Anyone tried it?

No, but effectively they'd be Sektors with a Dual Flow rebound damper, which is what I'm running and they're very nice in a plush, controlled and not overly heavy sort of way. Kind of Pike Lite.
I loved my coil revs....much better than the air Rebas IMO but then im not much of a fettler.

...and what's the resell value of the air spring? Or does TF take that as part payment?
Yes we've done quite a few coil conversions for revelations and damper upgrades for sektors (same chassis, different damper and spring units)
Can supply spring conversion parts and dampers or can fit for you as well 😉
Dual position coil, Uturn coil or fix travel coil in various lengths can be fitted.
Are Ti springs available Loco
Hi Jeffus, no we don't have Titanium coil to fit to these, it's be pretty pricey for those as well.

Just going to start a build and need a fork so was thinking nice light coil fork would be great.
Is it reversible? (I've heard of some coil conversions scratching the inside of the lowers and causing problems if you want to go back to air, Lyriks mainly... Though, not really sure if that's true!)
Not recommened as reversable as the coils will mark the sealing surface on the inside of the stantions, same goes for Fox float/talas conversions to Vanilla spec too 😀

Yes, bit more difficult but do able I reckon

TF Tuned are advertising at £165. That's the way I'll go as my old Revelation coils are about to die and they've been great - plus they can do the conversion to U Turn too, which I would want. Happy riding!
