Doing the Beast tomorrow (done it once before about 6 years ago), then Llandegla on Saturday (been a couple of times - last one about 3 years ago).

Anything I should look out for, any closures, new features etc?

Cheers

First of the final descents, think it's Beginning of the end(comes out at the end of the overflow car-park) is shut, you'll pass it on the outbound section of The Beast so it's obvious anyway (unless you go for a quick lap of Cyflym Coch, and chuck in the full tarmac climb as an extra, at which point you may be a little miffed).

I did the Beast last Sunday and it's riding well. As above, first part of 'beginning of the end' is still closed but the diversion still allows you to ride the final two sections.

Enjoy.

And take plenty of water if it's like yesterday, I finished off 2 1/2 litres then raided the drinks fridge in the cafe.
