ive got a ccdb on mine, no knocking,
i had a rockshox monarch plus debonair on my nukeproof, i hated the debonair, by midway gradually throughout a ride it would sit lower and lower, even with volume spacers. i had uequalized the chambers, pump a bit in, cycle the shock etc. went back to the non debonair, much preferred it. what happens to your ccdb

Db air has been like it from new, runs ok for a while then gets a harsh cluncking sound on rough fast trails, sent back to tf tuned 3 times now but is now out of warranty, so with cost of service (last done august) and any pats required I reckon I'd be better off getting a new shock

mu ccdb on the codeine has been perfect, new shock might be a good idea, is your ccdb the inline? if not, try that ?

Not an inline, mate has one on his bike has had to have a full rebuild after 2 years use 70% on road!!! can pick up rs debonair for £199 new as opposed to £400 odd for Cane creek

Hi. Got the Codeine 650b with the Monarch plus rc3 debonair.Been running it 4 months without any problems. I weigh 102kg and am not light on it,so problems would of shown up by now.not even put rubber tokens on it, so i can't knock it.

I've run mine with a ccdb air and a ccdb coil, both work great but prefer the feel of the coil.

I've had the standard monarch for about 9 months now. Used all over the show. Works fine. I weigh about 16 stone as well.
