I spent last weekend getting some coaching from Al Bond at OPA. It was worth far more than any upgrade I've ever made to my bike.
A day of core skills and a day of drops/jumps. It was all great fun and has definitely improved my riding. I can't recommend him enough.
So if you want to spend money on going faster, some coaching from Al Bond is the way to go IMHO. He coaches at all levels and at a few venues in Wales Usually at Llandegla tho.
