So Ive got some long term goals (2013) and with limited time and life going on around me I need to get the best out of the training time I do have. So have decided that self training has been a little hit and miss for me and that I need to look into getting a fitness coach.
I'm looking for someone who could
1 - give me some testing (power/Vo2 etc)and an idea of aims/goals
2 - Give me some general advice on nutrition etc and macro advice based on the testing
3 - could then give month to month plans OR provide some more general one-off plans for the next 18months (depending on costs etc)
Ideally based fairly close to Surrey. Now I know this is all moon on stick but anyone have an recommendations?
Cmon - anyone out there with some personal experiences?
