Ah, Maidstone too far away.

We are a group of about twelve that ride around Canterbury / Whitstable.

If it's not too far away then the Bedgebury bike club is pretty active.

An alternative is:

http://www.mccoffroad.co.uk/
but I haven't done anything with them in ages. Supposed to be good though.

A final suggestion is:

They are mainly a road club, but do have an active offroad section as well.

I'm in Maidstone myself, but not very active at the moment ๐Ÿ™

Pete /Scott

I tried emailing you through the 'contact us' section of website but wouldnt work. Can I turn up on the 17th May at Bluebell Hill or do you need a chat first?

I only get out with MCC very occasionally due to family commitments at the weekends, I work with Pete who plays a part in running the club and get out with him during the week every now and then. I'm pretty sure he wont mind me telling you you can just turn up and ride with them. If your meeting them at the bluebell hill picnic site some of them park outside due to the height barrier at the entrance to the car park. hope this helps and I'm sure he'll be along soon to confirm this.

Scott

The link on the website should work ok (it comes to me) or my email address in my profile. Don't forget to change the AT and DOT

But yes you can just turn up..

Thanks everyone. Went out last Sunday with MCC from Bluebell Hill. Good ride (apart from fixing punctures in the rain) and friendly bunch.

Hi all,

SketchyMTB are gonna be at Blean (near Canterbury) for our regular Wednesday night ride.
We start from the car-park at approx. 18:45, riding for a couple of hours at a relaxed stop/start kind of pace.
As always everybody is welcome to just come say "Hi!"
