As I ride mostly DH I'd like some grippy shoes for riding on flats (Shimano AM41, Five Ten or similar), but I've got (UK) size 14 feet and am struggling to find anything. Am I asking for something that doesn't exist? If so is there a company that will re-sole a pair of skate shoes with the Five Ten sole, or did I imagine it? Thanks.

Lancashire sports repairs, feet first and cheshire shoe repairs will all resole using 5.10 rubber
You can get five ten impacts go up to size 15US, if you buy direct from them, most stores don't stock the bigger sizes.

I've got some 5-10 Impacts in a UK13. Just a slight word of caution, they come up smallish - might cause a problem if you're on the bigger side of your size.
Nothing wrong with a decent pair of skate shoes either.
