do I want to go longer or shorter? Longer means lower right? got a choice of 230mm 250mm or 290mm. I'm 6ft 1 and elbow to finger tip is 450mm.
Any ideas?

Go for as long as possible, you don't have to hold them at the end if they're too long but you can't hold onto air if they're too short
