Less than a week to this event, anyone else doing it?! See that the course has changed slightly anyone ridden the changed course yet?
I'm there doing the 12hr, pulled something in my foot yesterday so hoping it heals quick! there is a video on the website of the new parts of the course
I will be there doing 24 hour team again. I've been and done a few laps and the course rides great. Going tomorrow to do a few but its rained a lot today so it will be interesting to see what it's like in the wet?
Yeah that video's not exactly helpful! Ollie, what's the bog like?! Will lap times be much longer?!
I will be there from Friday evening onwards. Ive ridden approx a dozen laps in the last couple weeks. Just over a mile longer than previous with just over 100 feet extra climbing,which makes the lap time roughly 10 minutes longer. The bog had dried out considerably over recent days but now its rained!
Yep im doing it. 24 hour solo. Although will only probably do 12 hours.
Hope its dry next week or its going to be a 4 hour ride. 🙁
Rode quite a few laps of it this morning after all the rain last night and it's still all rideable with no real standing water. Should be good and a lot more interesting. Can't wait.

I'll only be doing 12hrs - spread over 24! If you only do 12hrs, Janesy, I'll be waking you up at 4am to see the sun get up!

You'll be lucky to get 12 hours from me, the rate my bike is going! Going to give me a headache with the brake squeel.
Rode it last night and it was fast and dusty. 8) apart from the bog section for which there is still no real line through apart from ride flat out throught the middle....
Where is the bog section?
Actually, what is the route - outline?
Is the course all signed up yet?
