I've had to do an emergency brute-force extraction of some rusted-on cleats, and in the process the little plate thingy that sits inside the sole of the shoes has been destroyed. I'm sure I've got lots of them in a spares box somewhere but in typical fashion they're hiding from me. Anyone know a) what their official name is and b) where I might find some to buy?
