my Camelbak stinks. it's been used almost daily for a year now, almost exclusively in decent weather and as such it pongs somewhat. i was a bit embaressed today in the shop as i could smell it.

what is the best way of cleaning it to remove the smell of 12 months of sweat?

put it in the washing machine, inside a pillow-case to stop the straps and stuff clanking about

your mother might be able to help with this

take the bladder out 1st!

and use baby bottle cleaner in the bladder. 60p from that awful supermarket beginning with 'T' or couple of quid for proper milton.
