my Camelbak stinks. it's been used almost daily for a year now, almost exclusively in decent weather and as such it pongs somewhat. i was a bit embaressed today in the shop as i could smell it.
what is the best way of cleaning it to remove the smell of 12 months of sweat?
put it in the washing machine, inside a pillow-case to stop the straps and stuff clanking about
your mother might be able to help with this
In a pillow case in the washing machine.
don't have a washing machine. the GF mother might be able to help. mine is about 1200km away in essex.
Maybe it's your clothes that smell, then?
nah, the GF goes to her folks to use the washing machine.
