Anyone else going next weekend, never ridden that area before so should be a nice change.
What do you think 100mm 29 ht or 100mm 29 fs. If theres a lot of forest roads/tarmac ill take the ht.
Also whats the camping like there?

Take the hardtail.
I'm going. Wifey and I will be easy to spot, we're the early fifties couple wobbling around at the back on expensive carbon hardtails. The hills are fairly steep going up, I'm expecting plenty of climbing, not too technical decents and nice views, I like the area. Following the ride I'll be going over to Bridges youth hostel and camping in their grounds with food and beer in the pub, home on Monday.
