Chris King 'Fun Bolts' - can u run em on CK front hubs?...
Has anybody tried this? if so how? / what modifications are neccessary?

As far as I can remember, you can't screw them into a front axle, and I'm pretty certain they won't fit in a front dropout (I could go out to the garage to check, but its too cold so I'm not going to).
Ah I see...so 'No Fun' then! thought it could be a bit 'experimental'
Am considering ways of making my front wheel fixing more secure, but am reluctent to invest in a DT Swiss skewer thingy - which seems to cost as much as Hope hub!!! - when it warms up I think I shall search out my original late '80s XT skewer!

Secure as in not getting nicked, or secure as in not falling out? if the latter you won't go far wrong with the XT.
