Does anyone know of anywhere selling replacement CK Fun bolts that actually has stock?

Can't find any, tried Pinner Machine Shop, and their replacement bolt is sold out.

I have seen Chinese copies for £100! on eBay, but I'm not going down that route.

Why did CK stop making them.

They discontinued them a good few years ago.

Google should be able to get you the pitch and thread to get a replacement

The problem is the thread doesn't run the full length of the bolt and the unthreaded part is a smaller diameter.

There's a set on Pinkbike in Canada for £60.  As they're small the seller should be able to ship air freight for around $20cad

Yup it's a 12*1mm thread but has an ~8*10mm smooth section to fit into a QR dropout.

Similar to the bolts for DT 240 SS hubs - compatible?

No longer brought into the UK either, but possibly available in Europe?

I'll go and have a look in the garage later but I'm sure i have an axle and funbolts in an old spares box.

Find yourself your local manual machinist. Some good quality bolts could be turned down Shirley?

If you can get the dimensions I could turn down a bolt for you and make an aluminium washer.

Looks like it's M12x1.0 - see https://austinmountainbiking.com/index.php?/topic/3896-chris-king-fun-bolts/

Do you definitely need both? I have one in our shop collection of 'stuff'.

Just checked.

Got two axles, one with the inserts for a qr and one with two funbolts fitted.

Give us a shout if you're interested in them or need and measurements from them.
