I like employers who look after staff like that.

Was at a renewable energy company the other day and their food is excellent and free (3 course lunch of local produce and all home made including the cake)

Then at an aerospace the food place is like a motorway service station with packs of sandwiches, a huge fridge full of fizzy soft drinks and chocolate. Can't comment on the canteen food though as it was closed so might be okay.

But...I think providing good food for your staff is very good practice and does pay off in moral and helping staff relax and eat properly.
