I've got the chance of a pair of King Classics wheels but I need to change the drive shell to campag. Knowing nothing of King stuff I'm not sure there is such a thing. Evolution Imports do replacements but don't give the option of campag specifically.
While I'm here, anyone know what I should pay for these wheels?
Red King Classics laced to new/barely used Mavic Reflex rims and booted with Challenge Grifo tubs.
Thanks

I don't think the campag freehubs are out until next year and i think they'll only fit the new r45, not the classics

I bought a pair of king classics on reflex rims with conti tubs for £235 if I remember right about a year ago. I 'VE changed the rims for open pro ceramic clinchers now though so I have the reflex's spare.

I've looked at this and king don't do a campagnolo freehub yet. Ones on the way from what I've read but not yet.

I think there is a cable pull adjustor thingy that can be used, but until the campag freehub is realeased, that's about all you can use at the moment.

I have king hubs and headsets on all my bikes, and they are really top quality, easy to strip down and relube as required

I've just fitted Kings with Sram 10spd cassette on an otherwise Record 10spd bike and it works better than the previous Campag wheel
I know it's not supposed to work but it does 🙂
Stu

Ps ChrisA, you know where I sm if you want some cash for the Reflexes 🙂

I'd be using them on my 9 speed campag cross bike. I suppose I could
just use a Mavic cassette? Think they are shimano fit with campag spacing.
